To provide a positive, supportive, yet competitive learning environment while allowing the campers to experience the latest technical and tactical aspects of the game. Our dedicated staff will provide instruction specific to the needs of each camper, and will challenge them to read and adjust to situations in a high paced, game-like environment.

Our dedicated staff will provide instruction specific to the needs of the individual campers and/or team, and will challenge them to read and adjust to situations in a game-like environment.
Our coaching staff and curriculum is designed to help each individual improve her skills, tactical awareness, and love of the game! This camp is ideal for players with at least one year of experience. Skill groups will be determined so players of all experience levels will be challenged!
Goalkeepers will receive specialty technical and tactical instruction. Spaces for goalkeepers are limited for optimal numbers.
Coaches will provide opportunities for the development of specialty skills such as drag flicking, stick stopping, corner injection, strokes, and shoot-outs.
Check in on July 20th is 12-2pm at TBD on Duke’s East Campus. Check out on July 23rd is 11am-12pm.

Campers will be housed in air-conditioned rooms on Duke’s East Campus. Rooms in these dorms are doubles and singles.
A $125 room key deposit will be collected at check-in and returned upon successful key return at check-out.
All commuters will be required to check in with their coaches at the start of each morning session and will be dismissed at the end of their evening game.
Commuters will receive lunch and dinner each day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on campus.
The first meal will be dinner on the 1st day of camp and the final meal will be breakfast on the last day of camp.
All campers will experience the strength and conditioning aspect of a Division I college program.
Campers will receive hands on instruction on the techniques and benefits of plyometrics, speed development, strength training and flexibility.
A certified athletic trainer will be on site at the field and in the dorms and will be available 24 hours a day.
Campers who are driving will be emailed a campus map and direction to check-in.
Campers flying should arrive at Raleigh-Durham Airport by 1:00pm on July 20th. Flights on July 23rd should depart after 3:00pm
*Transportation from and to the airport is the responsibility of each camper. Suggestions regarding transportation from and to Raleigh-Durham Airport will be emailed to campers.
For cancellations before July 1st 50% refund will be granted. For cancellations after July 1st a 25% refund will be applied.
